Linde Gas LLC announces restructuring

Linde Gas LLC (www.linde-gas.com) of Independence, Ohio, said it restructured its human resources, technical resources and financial operations in a move to become more efficient.

As part of the reorganization, Jack Brull, senior vice president, Industrial Gas Sales, will lead a unified sales team that includes industrial gas sales, customer service and branch operations in the United States and the Caribbean. The group's focus will be on cylinder, bulk and hardware sales. It will be divided into four geographic areas, each headed by an executive.

The company's On-site Gas Supply Systems, led by Gene Allen, and LifeGas medical gases company, headed by Mike Walsh, are unchanged.

Linde Gas LLC was formed in 2004 through the combination of AGA, Holox and Linde Gas AG. See the related story on page 9.
