MISTRAS Holdings Group acquires Code Services

MISTRAS Holdings Group, a provider of non-destructive testing services based in Princeton Junction, N.J., has acquired Code Services, a company that provides nondestructive test services and heat treatment services. Code Services has locations in Kentucky and Alabama.

MISTRAS said it will keep Code Services' name for heat treating, and will merge the company's nondestructive testing operations with the operations of its CONAM Inspection and Engineering Inc.
