Feeding system for cold saws

Scotchman Industries (www.scotchman.com) says combining its new Advanced Feed Systems with Scotchman circular cold saws turns semi-automatic machines into fully automated production machines. The feed system moves material into position, clamps the material, and cycles the machine with ±0.004-in. repeatable accuracy. Operators manually enter dimensions into the controller or pull a cut list from the controller, which stores up to 99 programs. Also, a cut list can be downloaded from a PC.
