Portable stud welder

Midwest Fasteners Inc.'s (www.midwestfasteners.com) new stud and pin welding system works on mild and stainless steels, aluminum, brass and other metals requiring only 115 V input. The Eagle Studwelding system is a contact, capacitor-discharge machine capable of welding fasteners to 1/4-in. in diameter. It weighs less than 29 lbs.
