Scott Specialty Gases Facility Earns Accreditation

Scott Specialty Gases’ (www.scottgas.com) eastern regional manufacturing and laboratory facility in Plumsteadville, Pennsylvania, recently was awarded ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.

The company maintains ISO certified manufacturing facilities and ISO 17025 accredited laboratories in North America and Europe to provide on-time delivery of high-purity and mixed gases for industrial, scientific, medical and semiconductor applications. Scott is the world’s largest producer of EPA protocol gases and the single-source producer of gaseous Standard Reference Material candidates (SRMs) for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Scott’s Equipment Group provides gas handling equipment and custom distribution systems.
