New Product: Differential Pressure Switch

Mid-West Instrument (www.midwestinstrument.com) has introduced the Model 121 Indicating Differential Pressure Switch. The unit is a heavy-duty version of its Model 120 with the same piston/housing design of the Model 120. In addition, the Model 121 has a heavy-duty industrialtype terminal strip for either one or two switches. Wiring is easy with a 0.5-in. NPT conduit interface and a removable cover.

A variety of switching configurations is available with one or two hermetically sealed switches in SPST or SPDT configurations with 240-V, 3-W or 60-W ratings.

The switch is available with aluminum or 316 stainless steel pressure housing with 316 stainless steel and ceramic internal parts. With a safe maximum working pressure of 6,000 psig (400 bar), the Model 121 is available in differential pressure ranges from 0-5 psid (0-0.35 bar) to 0-110 psid (0-7 bar) with ± 2 percent accuracy. The weather resistant gauge front is of reinforced engineered plastic for corrosion resistance.
